超音频脉冲TIG焊电源的双DSP并行全数字控制系统 被引量:1

摘要 文中采用数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407构建共享外部存储器的双DSP并行控制系统,将其用于控制基于2套桥式逆变直流主回路并联调制模式的新型大功率超音频直流脉冲TIG焊电源。所研制的并行控制系统实现了焊接电源2套主回路双端PWM控制的冗余备份输出,同时也实现了2套主回路恒流反馈控制系统的并行采样、并行滤波及数字PID反馈控制算法的并行运算。焊接试验的超音频直流脉冲电流输出特性验证了DSP并行全数字控制系统的有效性。 A dual DSP shared external memory, parallel processing control system was constructed by using TMS320LF2407. The system was used to control a novel high power ultra-audio frequency pulsed TIG welding power,which was based on the two sets of bridge model inverter DC main circuit parallel modulation mode. Redundancy backup two-terminal PWM output of the two sets main circuits of welding power was realized in the control system. Simultaneously, the parallel sampling, parallel filtering and parallel computing of digital PID feedback controlling algorithm were carried out in the parallel processing control system. The correctness and effectiveness of dual DSPs parallel processing digital control system were confirmed by the welding experiment on the ultra-audio frequency DC pulsed output of the TIG welding power.
