摘要
针对韩国短道速滑新技术的发展轨迹以及每年涌现出大批高水平年轻队员的状况,分析韩国短道速滑新技术的本质、核心内容与青少年运动员训练的特点,探讨韩国短道速滑新技术成功的规律。认为:我国短道速滑青少年在训练模式、训练内容、运动员选拔机制与教练员竞争机制等方面存在着一定的问题。提出:明确培养目标,调整训练模式和内容,充实教练员队伍等改进青少年训练的基本对策。
Aiming at the development track of Korean short track speed skating＇s new technique and a large number of high - level young skaters coming forth in Korea every year, the article had an analysis on the essence, core content and juvenile training of Korean short track speed skating＇s new technique and discusses the success of their new technique. It thinks that there are some problems about the mode, content, selecting skaters＇mechanism and coaches＇s lacking competitive mechanism in Chinese juvenile training. It suggests some basic countermeasures for improving Chinese juvenile training to nail down the training goal, to improve the training mode and content, to develop high-level coaches.
