摘要
灌区管理自动化是水利信息化的一个重要组成部分,在农业生产服务中发挥着重要的作用。灌区自动化信息系统采用嵌入式技术和GPRS通信技术,采集各闸站的水情和工情参数,实现灌区的自动化管理,更好地为水资源调度和管理提供技术支持。闸站采用嵌入式处理器采集河流的水位、雨量和闸门开度等参数,采用GPRS方式发送给信息中心。信息中心将接收到的数据处理后存入服务器的数据库,客户端用浏览器通过Internet浏览各闸站的实时数据和历史数据。经长时间运行表明,系统可靠性高、实时性好,具有广阔的应用前景。该方案已在江苏省淮安灌区得到了实施。
Automated information management system in irrigation regions adopts embedded technology and GPRS communication technology, collects hydrological parameters of each sluice gate, realizes automated information management and supports scheduling and management of water resources better. Sluice gates collect the water level of river, rainfall and gate opening by embedded processors and adopts GPRS to send data to the information center. After handling the data received, the information center will save it in the database in servers. Clients can browser each sluice gate's real-time data and historical data through the Internet. The long-time running shows that the system has high reliability, real-time and broad application prospects. The system has been implemented in Huaian Irrigation Region in Jiangsu Province.
