摘要
教育改革中的价值共识是指公众对改革者所倡导或推行的价值观所形成的基本或一致的态度,它是教育改革获得广泛与坚实社会基础,使改革顺利实施与推行的重要前提。在公共哲学的视角下,教育改革中价值共识的最大可能在于教育改革的"公共"价值取向,其意味着改革是为了满足公众需要的,而不是为了特定的利益组织与群体;教育正义是教育改革的公共价值不被"私域化"的一种内在规约。因此,教育正义不仅是价值共识的基本前提,而且也是价值共识的一种结果;由于"教育公共领域"能够为公众提供就教育公共事务进行对话、协商、辩论的"公共话语"空间,因此,其合理的建构是教育改革实现价值共识、获得广泛社会基础的有效途径。
Value consensus in the education reform refers to the same attitude the public holds towards the values that reformers advocate or implement, which is an important prerequisite to the success of the reform and also to the education reform's acquisition of extensive and solid social basis. From the perspective of public philosophy, the greatest possible value consensus is the public value orientation in the process of reform, which means the reform is to satisfy the needs of the public, rather than the interests of specific organizations and groups. Educational justice is an inherent regulation to gurantee the public values will not be a private domain, so it is not only the basis but also the result of the value consensus. Because the public education sphere can provide for the public the public discourse space for dialogue, consultation, debate on the public affairs of education, the reasonable construction of it is an effective way to realize the value consensus and obtain the broad social foundation in the education reform.
