气流槽聚型集聚纺纱系统集聚过程及机理分析 被引量:9

摘要 为了探讨气流槽聚型集聚纺纱系统的集聚过程和机理,首先分析了集聚过程的气流流动状况,然后利用Matlab模拟了须条在集聚气流场中的运动轨迹,并分析了气流对须条的集聚效果.研究结果表明:须条进入凹槽入口前,只受气流集聚作用,当进入凹槽后,受到气流集聚及凹槽形状集聚共同作用;气流对须条边缘纤维具有集聚作用,吸气负压大小影响气流对须条边缘纤维的集聚宽度;不同厚度须条的纤维受气流作用位置发生变化,在须条截面内发生内外转移现象. To study the condensing process and mechanism analysis of compact spinning system with inspiratory groove,flowing state was analyzed in the convergence zone,then trajectory of the fiber bundle in the flow field was simulated by Matlab procedure,and the condensing effect of airflow for fibers was analyzed.The results showed that the fiber bundle would be condensed only by the effect of airflow before it had reached the groove and when sliding into the groove,it got effects from both airflow and shape of the groove;edge fibers of the fiber bundle were condensed by airflow,and the condensing width of fibers was dependent upon the effect of air-flow field;the positions of fibers at different thickness changed as a result of airflow,and the phenomenon of migration of fibers was to take place in the section of the fiber bundle.
