摘要
将装配工艺信息模型包含的数据分为对象信息、约束信息和过程信息三类,对于不同的信息采用不同的模型方式表达。提出了将产品的三维模型先转化成轻量化模型,以轻量化模型为基础进行装配工艺信息建模的方法,并给出了轻量化装配信息模型的整体框架。轻量化的特点和模型信息的完善性,使得该模型完全可以作为装配工艺规划通用装配信息模型来使用。最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。
The assembly process model information can be divided into three classes: object information, restrict information and process information, and different information is expressed by different model. The method of assembly modeling based on lightweight model which i's transformed by three-dimensional product model was proposed. The frame of lightweight assembly model was given. Owing to the characteristic of lightweight and model's integrality, the model can be used as a common model.
