摘要
通过计算净浆对外渗氯离子的总结合能力、化学结合能力和物理吸附能力,研究了粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰三种矿物掺合料的掺量和养护龄期对水泥浆体氯离子结合能力的影响。结果表明:随着矿物掺合料掺量的增大,粉煤灰净浆的氯离子结合能力呈上升趋势,矿粉净浆的氯离子结合能力则是先上升后下降,在掺量达到40%时,其结合氯离子的能力最强;而硅灰净浆的氯离子结合能力则降低。随着养护龄期的延长,净浆的总结合能力和化学结合能力均下降,物理吸附能力则增强。
The total chloride binding capability,chemical binding capability and physical adsorption capability of paste blended with mineral admixtures (fly ash, slag and silica fume) were calculated.The influence of mineral content and curing age on the chloride binding capability of paste was investigated.The results show that with the increase of mineral admixture content the chloride binding capability of fly ash paste increas- es, while that of silica fume paste decreases, and that of slag paste first increases and then decreases.When the slag content is 40%, the chloride binding capability of paste reaches the highest value.Furthermore, the total chloride binding capability and chemical binding capability decrease with the increase of curing age, while the physical adsorption capability increases.
