摘要
目的探讨期望效应理论在带教护理专业实习生实践中的应用,为实际护生带教工作提供依据。方法将76名实习护生随机分为两组,采用问卷法调查,所得资料使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果实验组出科考核(包括理论和操作)成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),病人对护理质量满意度实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论期望效应在实习护生临床带教中的应用效果良好,提高了实习护生职业适应力与护理效果。
Objective To discuss the practice of the expectation effect theory introduced into the clinical teaching of exercitantion nursing students. Methods A total of 78 exercitation nursing students were divided randomly into two groups with 38 patients in each. One was named Intervention Group and the other one was named Contrast Group. Different teaching methods were used, and the learning score and patients' evaluations of the students in different periods of the two groups were tested by questionnaires and compared. Results The learning scores of both theory and practice of the Intervention Group were obviously higher than those of the Contrast Group, and patients' evaluation score in Intervention Group was apparently superior to that of the Contrast Group. Conclusion The practice of expectation effect theory can obviously improve the students' clinical competence, promote job adaptation and help to achieve higher degree of satisfaction.
