摘要
目的评价带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长管骨多发骨折的疗效。方法对四肢多发骨折的诊断和分类均采用AO标准,134处多发长管骨骨折全部采用带锁髓内钉不扩髓、闭合穿钉技术进行内固定,20处为动力性内固定,114处为静力性内固定。结果本组63例,全部抢救成功。本组住院日10～32d,平均住院日18.5d。随访时间3～12个月,平均6个月。骨折愈合时间为:21处肱骨骨折愈合时间4～8个月,平均6个月;47处股骨骨折愈合时间5～8个月,平均6.5个月;66处胫骨骨折愈合时间7～10个月,平均8个月。结论带锁髓内钉是目前治疗四肢长管骨多发骨折的有效内固定方法,其手术操作方便,术中出血少,内固定确实可靠,并发症少。
Objective To evaluate the operative treatment of multiple fracture of the extremities long bone with interlocking intramedullary nailing. Methods Sixty-three cases with 134 fractures were retrospective analyzed, all fractures were treated with closed reduction interlocking intramedullary nailing with no reaming marrow cavity. Twenty of the patients were dynamical bond fixation, and 114 cases were static bond fixation. Results Sixty-three patients were successfully operated. They were followed up for an average of 6 months（ranged 3 to 12 months）. Twenty-one humeral fractures had an average healing time of 6 months （ranged 4 to 8 months）, 47 femoral fractures 6.5 months （ranged 5 to 8 months）, 66 tibial fractures 8 months （ranged 7 to 10 months）. The average time of stay in hospital was 18.5 clays （ranged 10 to 32 days）. Conclusions The interlocking intramedullary nailing with bond fixation, easy operation and less blood,was effective on operative treatment of multiple fracture of the extremities long bone with few com plications.
