铸造镁合金生产中砂型强度影响因素研究

摘要 铸造镁合金是汽车工业生产中一种重要的合金材料,工业生产中以砂型铸造为主,其铸件品质与铸造过程中所使用砂型的强度有重要关系。着重研究了原砂平均粒径、保温时间和保温温度对砂型强度的影响,并就试验结果给出最优参数组合。实际经验表明,选择强度适中的砂型可显著提升铸造镁合金品质。 Casting magnesium alloy is an important material in industry, which is mainly made through sand casting. Its quality can be improved by choosing the sand mold with proper strength. The effect of molding sand composition, holding time and holding temperature on the sand strength was investigated, and the optimum processing parameters were obtained.
