摘要
运用传热理论建立了钢锭、钢坯、钢材传热计算的数学模型,通过传热数学模型的计算,辅助设计出钢锭、钢坯在均热炉或加热炉中的加热工艺和钢材在辊底式退火炉中连续退火工艺.实践证明,设计的新工艺科学合理,满足生产的要求,达到了节能增效的目的.
The heat conducting theory is used to set up the mathematical model of heat tramsfer calculating of steel ingot,steel slab,steel piece.This model is used to calculate the temperature distribution.The heating process of steel ingot,steel slab in the heating furnace and annealing process of steel piece in the roller bottom furnace are designed.Practive has proved that the new process is scientific and reasonable,and meets the needs of production.The new process can economize energy and raise the productivity.
