摘要
在总结国内外城市燃气管道事故的基础上,分析了城市燃气管道完整性管理的必要性,指出管道完整性管理应该是一个平衡的调节机制,提出了城市燃气管道完整性管理流程的基本框架,分析了其主要内容,介绍了国外相关标准规范。
Based on summarizing city gas pipeline accidents at home and abroad, the necessity of city gas pipeline integrity management is analyzed. It is pointed out that the pipeline integrity management should be a balance mechanism. The basic frame of city gas pipeline integrity management process is put forward, and its main content is analyzed. The foreign relevant standards and codes are introduced.
