软开关谐振复位双管正激DC/DC变流器 被引量:5

摘要 提出了一种新颖的双管正激DC/DC变流器,利用谐振复位使变流器工作在0.5以上的占空比,利用变压器二次侧串联饱和电感的方法使变流器所有开关管实现软开关,适于宽范围输入、高效率要求的应用场合。分析了变流器的工作原理,对变流器的特性进行了详细的分析。最后以一台250~400V直流输入,54V/5A输出的样机验证了该变流器的可行性。 This paper presents a new dual switch forward DC/DC converter topology. The duty cycle can be more than 0.5 by resonant reset. In addition, soft switching operation is achieved for all switches of the presented converter by adding a saturable reactor. It means that the converter is very attractive for wide range input and high efficiency application. In this paper, the operation principle and characteristic of this converter are analysed in details. Finally, the advantages mentioned above are verified by a 250-400V input, 54V/5A output prototype.
