70岁以上的高龄冠心病患者外科治疗经验 被引量：3

The surgical experience of coronary artery bypass grafting for patients older than 70

摘要 年龄〉70岁的高龄冠心病患者，常常合并高血压、Ⅱ型糖尿病、全身动脉硬化等，被列为冠心病外科手术治疗和麻醉的高危因素之一。随着人口的老年化趋势，越来越多高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者需要外科手术治疗。我院在2006年4月至2009年4月连续完成74例年龄〉70岁患者的冠心病手术治疗，现将临床经验报道如下。
