摘要
在铅电解过程中,随着阴极活性过电位的增大,铅还原速率与阴极电流效率也增加,阴极沉积物更为致密平整。据此原理,发明了电解液质量在线监控的方法与装置。工业应用表明,同极距、槽电压、电耗分别比原指标降低526%,818%,707%,电流效率和电铅产量分别提高158%和1538%。
According to the principles of electrochemistry and kinetics of electrolysis of lead cathode, it was found that with increasing cathodic over potential the lead reduction rate and cathode current efficiency increase and the deposits become denser and flatter. According to this principle, We invented the on line control method and device for electrolyte quality. Its industrial applications showed that compole distance, tank voltage and power consumption are 5 26%,8 18% and 7 07% lower than their original indexes, respectively current efficiency and lead output are increased by 1 58% and 15 38%.
