摘要
研究了磷酸处理对TiAl金属间化合物抗恒温/循环氧化性能的影响.在800-900℃,磷酸处理降低TiAl的氧化速率一个数量级以上,且大大提高TiAl的抗循环氧化能力;在850℃循环氧化200h未见氧化膜剥落.分析表明,抗氧化性能的提高源于磷酸处理促进了TiAl表面连续富A12O3内层的形成.
The effect of phosphoric acid surface treatment on oxidation resistance of TiAlintermetallics was investigated. The results showed that this surface treatment reduced theoxidation rate of TiAl by one order of magnitude, and it is very effective in improving the cyclicokidation resistance. It is determined that the improvement of the oxidation resistance was dueto the formation of a nearly continuous inner A12O3 layer.Keywods:TiAl intermetallics, isothermal/cyclic oxidation, surface treatment
