摘要
桩核冠修复是临床上应用非常广泛的修复方法。箍效应被应用于桩核冠修复。尽管许多学者对箍效应在根管治疗牙的桩核冠修复中抗折性作用以及箍的高度、包绕度等进行了一系列的理论、实验和临床研究,但仍然存在不少争议。本文就此作一综述。
Post-core-crown is a widely used clinical restorative method. Ferrule effect is applied to post-core- crown restoration. Despite that there are series of theoretical experimental and clinical studies about the effect of ferrule on fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth restored with post-core-crown, there also remains dis- putes. This review made a summary to those ferrule-related factors and the relation with fracture resistance of post-core-crown.
