摘要
本文介绍了在陶瓷工业生产过程中对陶瓷原料进行计量控制,保证产品质量并且控制成本。根据用户要求称量准确度控制在1%,笔者在设计时采用了两托辊悬浮式秤架,是针对现场皮带秤称重范围的常用流量低于输送机输送能力的20%而考虑,能否正确计量是皮带秤在使用中的关键。
This article introduces measure control of ceramic materials in ceramic industrial production, in order to guarantee production quality, and control cost. In terms of users' request, weighing accuracy controls below 1%, .writer uses double idlers floating lever weigh table in designing, considering common flow of on-site belt scales range lower than conveyor conveying capacity 20%, whether or not correcting measurement is the key of using belt scale.
