摘要
目的探讨腹部闭合性损伤的诊断以及手术治疗的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2003～2008年北京中医药大学第三附属医院收治的35例腹部闭合性损伤的临床资料。结果35例共治愈34例，治愈率为97．1％，死亡1例，病死率为2．9％。1例肝破裂合并颅内血肿，术后死于多系统器官功能衰竭。结论（1）准确并及时诊断，并进行手术探查，做相应的处理是腹部闭合性损伤治疗成功的关键；（2）在腹部闭合性损伤的治疗中，一定要正确解决好全身与局部，出血、感染与器官功能保存等关系。
Objective To detect the clinical significance of diagnosis and treatment on closed abdominal injury patients. Methods We retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 35 patients,who were diagnosed to closed abdominal injury and treated in our hospital from 2003 to 2008. Results Thirty-four cases were cured greatly in the 35 patients. The cure rate was 97.1%. One case, who was diagnosed as liver rupture and intracranial haematoma, was dead because of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. The mortality was 2. 9%. Conclusions It is the key to succesful treatment of closed abdominal injury to make proper diagnosis, give timely surgical treatment and choose the right way for operation ; We must correctly handle the problems of bleeding, organization infection and repairment.
