老年甲状腺功能减退症30例临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨老年甲状腺功能减退症的临床特点。方法对我院2007年3月至2009年5月诊断为甲减的老年患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年甲状腺功能减退症临床上多样,主要表现为头晕乏力22例(73.3%),浮肿19例(63.3%),消化系统症状13例(43.3%)。结论老年甲状腺功能减退症的临床症状不典型,并且I131治疗后所致加减占56.7%,需要医生提高对老年甲减的认识,结合临床表现进行必要的甲状腺功能检查以确诊。
