摘要
50年代,国内硫酸装置中气体换热器的设计,主要参照苏联规范,传热系数仅9.9~12.8W/(m^2·K)。70年代中,根据国外介绍,开始了新型高效换热器的设计,提高了传热系数。作者认为,高效换热器应具备下列条件:1.在低压降下具有高传热系数;2.减少壳程滞流区;3.在结构上应能防止或减轻腐蚀。
In the 1950s, the gas heat exchanger for domestic sulphuric acid plant was designed according to the U. S. S. R. specification and only had a heat transfer coefficient as low as 9.9~12.8W/(m2.K). Then in the mid-1970s, new types of exchangers with higher transfer coefficients began to be developed on the basis of foreign experience. The author holds that a high-efficiency heat exchanger should be characterized by (a) high heat transfer coefficient and low pressure drop, (b)minimized dead zone of flow, and (c)rational configuration to prevent or retard corrosion.
