摘要
以人为本的外交理念是中国外交的核心理念。其实质是"外交为人民"。外交应直接服务于人民的利益,满足人民的需要,体现人民的意志。这里的"人民"不仅是指作为整体的人民,也是指作为个体的人。以人为本的理念是由胡锦涛总书记为首的新的中央领导集体正式提出来的,但其思想和精神包含在新中国历代中央领导集体的外交政策和实践中。
'People Oriented' lies in the core of China's diplomatic ideas.The essence of this idea is that 'diplomacy serves for the people'.Diplomatic work should serve the interests of the people; meet the need of the people and reflect the will of the people.'People' in this context does not only mean the entire group but also the individual person.The concept of 'People Oriented' is raised by the central collective leadership headed by Hu Jintao,the general secretary of the Communist Party of China.However,the thoughts and the substance of this idea have been embodied in the diplomatic policies and practices of the previous generations of central collective leadership of the CPC.
