摘要
研究了掺沥青水泥石的抗硫酸钠腐蚀性能.测试了掺沥青水泥石浸泡于水和硫酸钠溶液中的质量变化和强度损失,并利用XRD,SEM手段研究了经上述2种浸泡溶液浸泡后掺沥青硅酸盐水泥水化产物的组成、结构和形貌.结果表明,沥青对提高水泥石抗硫酸钠腐蚀性能有一定的作用.当沥青含量为4%(体积分数)时,水泥石抗硫酸钠腐蚀能力最强,抗压强度最大,并且其内部结构也有所改善.
The resistance to Na2SO4 attack of hardened cement paste added with asphalt was studied. The change in quality and loss of the compressive strength of hardened cement paste added with asphalt after immersed in water and Na2SO4 solution were tested. The composition and morphologies of hydrated product of Portland cement added with asphalt were determined by XRD and SEM. It is found that asphalt has a significant effect on the resistance to Na2SO4 attack of hardened cement paste. When the content of asphalt is 4 % (by volume), the resistance to Na2SO4 attack and the compressive strength of hardened cement paste reach the climax and the internal structure of hardened cement paste is also improved.
