摘要
建立了基于ABC分类的备件多阶段多类别分类法,并通过实例分析了该法进行备件分类的过程,该分类法得到的备件分类方案将充分考虑影响备件效费比的关键性因素,能够有效地提高备件库存管理的效费比。
The multi-stage and multi-sort spares classification method based on ABC is established. The process of spares classification is analyzed with an exampel. The spares classification scheme obtained by the method will consider fully the key factors Which will affect the effectiveness-to-expense ratio and will increase the effectiveness-to-expense ratio of spares inventory management.
