摘要 谷氨酸作为成熟的神经元中最主要的兴奋性神经递质,可以影响神经发生,其中代谢型谷氨酸受体具有重要作用。本文回顾总结了代谢型谷氨酸受体分类、分子结构和各亚型突触分布,以及各组代谢型谷氨酸受体对神经发生的作用和可能机制。 Glutamate,as the most important permanent excitatory neurotransmitter in mature neurons,can influence neurogenesis,and the metabotropic glutamate receptors(mGluRs)play an important role in this process.This paper reviews the categorization,molecular constitution and synaptic distribution of mGluRs.Also,the effect of mGluRs on neurogenesis and the mechanisms are summarized.
