摘要
根据有机地球化学、微生物学实验方法,对云南保山盆地生物气源岩进行了研究。鉴定了主要气源岩中产甲烷细菌等厌氧微生物分布,求取了不同温度下生化甲烷产率,揭示了盆地生物气生成特征,从而建立了盆地生物气生成模式和评价依据。结合盆地地质背景及有机地球化学特征,进行了盆地生物气生成量预测,指出了有利勘探区。
In this paper, the biogenic gas source rocks are studied by means of lab methods of organic geochemistry and microbiology. The anaerobic microbial distributions of methane bacteria produced in the main gas source rocks are identified. The biochemic methane production rates at different temparetures are calculated. The formation characteristics of biogenic gas in the basin are revealed. Hence, the formation model of biogenic gas is set up.The biogenic gas resources of the basin are evaluated by use of the sedimental and organic geochemical data. The amount of biogenic gas of the basin is calculated.
