摘要 在H2SO4介质中,溴代十六烷基吡啶增敏剂存在下,痕量铈(Ⅳ)对高碘酸钾氧化维多利亚蓝的反应具有阻抑作用,研究了其动力学条件,据此建立一种阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量铈(Ⅳ)的新方法。方法线性范围为0~60μg/L,检出限为6.09×10-7g/L。该法在表面活性剂存在下,其灵敏度提高3倍。此法用于大米和茶叶食品中铈的测定,结果令人满意。 A new inhibitory discoloring kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of the trace Ce (IV) was studied and the kinetic conditions were studied. The method was based on inhibitory discoloring effect of Victoria blue oxidized by KIO4 using cationic surface of cetyl pyridine bromide(CPB) as sensitizer in H2SO4 medium. The linear range is 0-60 μg/L. The detection limit is 6.09×10^-7 g/L. The sensitivity is increased by 6 times than in the absence of the surfactant. The method was used to determine cerium in rice and tea samples with satisfactory results.
