摘要
运用参数化建模技术在三维实体造型软件Pro/E中实现齿轮箱斜齿轮齿廓面的精确建模,同时进行齿轮的装配和运动仿真。考虑到在对齿轮进行接触非线性有限元分析时,两个相啮合的齿轮模型只能有接触而不能有体积干涉,因此在齿轮的运动仿真中还检验了模型的体积干涉,为有限元数值的精确模拟做好铺垫。
Parameterized modeling technique was applied to build the tooth profile model of the gear case's oblique tooth gear in three-dimensional entity mold making software Pro/E, meanwhile, carry out the gear's assembly and motion simulation. Considering there must be no model interference but only contact in the gear tooth who joined engage when make gear contact nonlinear analysis, so the model interference has been checked in the gear's motion emulation. This part of work is the preparation of the finite element method calculation.
