摘要
对矿井排风气(低浓度甲烷)的利用进行了流程设计,采用带有回热的流向变换反应器研究其自供热燃烧的条件,并模拟计算固定床反应器沿轴向的温度、甲烷转化率分布;研究操作参数对气体温度、转化率等因素的影响。结果表明,回热可大大改善换向反应器操作条件,在最小反应器长度为1.0m、固体初始温度为550℃、表观流速为0.65m/s的条件下,可实现稳定操作。
A new process of reverse flow reactor with heat recovery exchanger for utilization of mine ventilation air was put forward.To study auto thermal operation conditions,the temperature and conversion of methane distribution along the axial direction of fixed-bed reactor,as well as changes over time were simulated under different conditions.These results show,that heat recovery exchanger can improve the operating conditions.A stable operation could be got with the conditions as follows:minimum reactor length:1.0 m,initial solid temperature:550 ℃,apparent gas velocity:0.65 m/s.
