摘要
对挤压铸造法制得的δAl2O3f/Al合金基复合材料,测量其短纤维的位向分布,导出了一个位向分布密度函数。在此基础上考虑基体抗拉强度高低和不同界面结合的影响,对复合材料的拉伸强度进行了预测。预测结果和实测值符合得较好。
The orientation distribution of short fibers in squeeze casting δ Al 2O 3f /Al alloy composites ismeasured. A density function of the orientation distribution is obtained. The tensile strengths of these composites are predicted based on the density function and by considering the effects of different matrix tensile strengths and interface bonds. The results agree reasonably well with the experimental values.
