摘要
在反应机理的指导下,采用醋酐过量抑制生成乙醛副反应的发生,研究了以苯磺酸为催化剂的二醋酸亚乙酯裂解制醋酸乙烯的反应动力学规律,得到描述该反应过程的动力学数学模型。
The kinetics of thermal decomposition of the ethylidene diacetate to form vinyl acetate in the presence of benzene sulfuric acid catalyst has been studied. The exponential rate equation of the process obtained from experimental data is r=2.069×10 10 exp (-97 8008.314×T)c a 0 -0.066 (1-x) 0.933 5 -2.604×10 10 exp (-96 7608.314×T)c a 0 -0.407 x 0.592 6 .
