摘要
目的:研究算盘子(Glochidion puberum)的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析分离纯化获得单体,通过理化性质和波谱特征鉴定化合物结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了3个化合物:7-氧基-β-胡萝卜苷,β-谷甾醇,β-胡萝卜苷。结论:化合物I为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective： To separate and identify the chemical constituents of Glochidion puberum aiming at searching for bioactive natural products. Methods： Column chromatography techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectroscopic methods. Results： Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 7-oxo-β-daucosterol, β-sitosterol and β-daucosterol respectively. Conclusion： 7-oxo-β-daucosterol and β-daueosterol were abtained from puberum for the first time.
