摘要
目的:研究算盘子(Glochidion puberum)的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析分离纯化获得单体,通过理化性质和波谱特征鉴定化合物结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了3个化合物:7-氧基-β-胡萝卜苷,β-谷甾醇,β-胡萝卜苷。结论:化合物I为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To separate and identify the chemical constituents of Glochidion puberum aiming at searching for bioactive natural products. Methods: Column chromatography techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectroscopic methods. Results: Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 7-oxo-β-daucosterol, β-sitosterol and β-daucosterol respectively. Conclusion: 7-oxo-β-daucosterol and β-daueosterol were abtained from puberum for the first time.
