摘要
[目的]研究化学修饰桔子皮纤维素对铜离子的吸附性能。[方法]试验采用了几种自制的化学修饰桔子皮纤维素,通过滴定试验比较研究了其对铜离子的吸附性能及其影响因素。[结果]在试验条件下,桔子皮吸附剂吸附铜离子的最佳pH值范围是4.5~5.5。OP的吸附量最小,SOP的吸附量有所提高。在最佳pH值下,不同桔子皮吸附剂对铜离子的吸附量依次是:0.6SCA8>0.6SCA12>0.6SCA5>0.6SCA2。桔子皮吸附剂对铜离子的吸附量在20min内随着时间的延长而增加,在60min后基本达到吸附平衡状态,然后吸附量不再随时间的增加而变化。随着桔子皮用量的增加,吸附效率随之提高,达到平衡后,桔子皮对铜离子的吸附量不再随着吸附剂用量的增加而改变。[结论]利用改性桔子皮除去废水中的铜离子方法是环保可行的。
[ Objective ] The aim was to research the adsorption performance of chemically modified orange peel cellulose on copper ion (Cu^2+). [ Method] Several kinds of serf-made chemically modified orange peel celluloses were used in the experiment and their adsorption performances on Cu^2+ and their influencing factors were compared and researched through titration tests. [ Result] Under experimental condition, the optimum range of pH value for absorbing Cu^2+ with the absorber orange peel was 4.5 - 5.5. The adsorption amount of OF was least and that of SOP got some increased. The adsorption amounts of different orange peel absorbers with optimum pH value on Cu^2+ were as follows : 0. 6SCAs 〉 0.6SCA12 〉 0.6SCA5 〉 0.6SCA2. The adsorption amounts of orange peel absorbers on Cu^2 + were increased along with the extending of time in 20 min. After 60 min, the adsorption reached balance state basically and then the adsorption amount did not change along with the extending of time. As the dosage of orange peel was increased, the adsorption efficiency was enhanced. After reaching balance, the adsorption amount of orange peel on Cu^2+ did not change along with the increasing of absorber dosage. [ Conclusion] The method of removing Cu^2+ from wastewater with modified orange peel was environmental friendly and feasible.
