摘要
利用CAD系统进行减速器的结构设计,可以避免重复性劳动、缩短设计周期。本文利用Pro/EN-GINEER自身提供的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT和V isual C++的可视化编程技术开发了减速器的CAD系统,该系统能够实现减速器的自动参数化设计,生成三维实体,并可以充分利用Pro/ENGNEER的Me-chanical模块进行机构运动仿真,有利于提高了设计质量和效率。
Using the CAD system to design the structure of reducer can avoid duplication of effort and reduce the cycle of design. The paper utilize the pro/TOOLKIT, which is a second development tool of Pro/Engineer, and visual programming techniques of Visual C + + to develop a CAD sysytem. That sysytem can put the parametric design of reducer into effect and construct 3D model, and can even complete dynamic simulation with the Me- chanical module of Pro/ENGINEER. It also improve the qulity and efficiency of the design.
