摘要 目的:介绍一种用于确定正畸拔牙与非拔牙矫治设计的诊断方法Wigglegram,并检验其临床可行性。方法:从首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院正畸中心选取介于拔牙非拔牙不能确定的边缘病例20例。进行Wigglegram项目分析。采用PAR指数对每个病例治疗前后的模型进行评估。对治疗前后PAR指数进行配对t检验。结果:矫治前后PAR指数分析结果表明牙齿的排列,前牙的覆超以及后牙的咬合关系均取得了显著性改善(P<0.01)。结论:Wigglegram能够帮助正畸初学者更清晰的认识哪些因素支持拔牙与不拔牙,为那些拔牙与不拔牙诊断设计模糊的边缘病例的治疗提供有益参考。 Objective: To introduce and test the clinical efficacy of Wigglegram on the decision making of extraction or non -extraction in borderline case. Methods: 20 borderline cases were analyzed by Wigglegram by which extraction or non - extraction treatment plan was decided. The treatment results of these cases were evaluated by PAR index. Results: Alignment, overjet, overbite and occlusal relationship of these border - line cases were improved significantly( P 〈 0.01 ) by orthodontic treatment. Conclusion: The wigglegram provided a valuable diagnostic tool in borderline cases. It can also be used as a teaching resource to help orthodontic residents to visualize patients' extraction requirements.
