涎腺黏液表皮样癌中微血管密度与bFGF、Hpa相关性的研究 被引量:4

Relation of Unclear Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor and Heparanse to Angiogenesis in the Gland Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma

摘要 目的:检测涎腺黏液表皮样癌中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic growth fibroblast factor,bFGF)、乙酰肝素酶(Heparanse,Hpa)的蛋白表达水平和微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的关系,并探讨三者之间与黏液表皮样癌临床病理及预后的关系。方法:用免疫组化检测42例MC中bFGF、Hpa的表达,并以正常涎腺组织作对照;用CD34标记肿瘤血管内皮细胞计数肿瘤MVD。结果:bFGF、Hpa的表达与肿瘤MVD呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。bFGF、Hpa和肿瘤MVD与MC的大小、TNM分期、组织病理学类型、远处淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:MC中bFGF、Hpa的异常高表达与MVD呈正相关,且两者可视为影响MC预后的因素。 Objective: To evaluate the expression of nuclear factor basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and heparanase (Hpa) in relation to angiogenesis microvessel density (MVD) and clinical outcomes in salivery gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MC). Methods: Immunohistochemical staining method was used to quantify the protein expression levels of bFGF and Hpa in 42 surgically resected salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma and 10 specimens of normal salivary tissues. In all cases of MC, microvessel density was evaluated by counting any CD34 reactive endothelial - cell or endothelial - cell cluster. The connection between the expression of Hpa and bFGF in different pathological classes of MC were analyzed. Results : bFGF and Hpa were detected in the cytoplasm of normal and MC cells, The MVD of salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma tissues with positive expressions of Hpa and bFGF was significantly higher than that of normal salivary tissues with negative expressions ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The expression of bFGF and Hpa was related to MVD, and the correlation between those two factors and clinico - pathological factors and prognosis of MC was significant.
