摘要
医院门诊既是医院中最缺少评价的地方,又是最需要量化评价的地方。通过对医疗规律、经济规律、病人行为规律及医生诊疗活动规律的分析,建立量化的以人为本的医疗服务质量监督体系,从而提高医疗质量、效率、服务水平及管理水平。
The hospital clinic is not only a place lack of evaluation, but also a place needing the quantitative evaluation. By analyzing the medical rule, economic rule, patient behavior rule and doctor' s consuiting rule, it constructs the quantitative people-oriented supervision system of medical service quality, so as to enhance the medical quality, efficiency, service level and management level.
