摘要
为确定"引哈济锡"调水工程中调出区水库的正常高水位、输水工程的隧洞过水能力和受水区水库的正常高水位,建立了一个以供水量最大、缺水量和弃水量最小为目标,以逐月的调水量和供水量为决策变量的多库多目标调水工程的规模优选模型.在满足供水保证率和缺水量不超过破坏深度的前提下,对调水工程规模的每种组合方案,采用粒子群算法进行求解,以投资费用为评价参考,优选出适宜的工程规模.
A multi-reservoir and multi-objective optimization model with monthly varied transfer water and water supply was made to maximize water supply and minimize water deficiency and abandoned water, to ultimately determine normal high water level for two reservoirs and size of water transfer tunnel. For varied combinations of project scales, this model is solved by particle swarm optimization, satisfying requirement both for time and water quality. Optimal scale of the planned project can be determined by proper balabce of investment and benefits.
