摘要
目的:研究"区域文化"导入产科护理教学模式及其教学效果。方法:以护理大专生为研究对象,实验组实施"区域文化导入式"教学法;对照组仍旧采用传统的课堂教学模式进行教学。通过考查两组学生考试成绩和健康宣教满意度问卷调查,比较两组临床产科健康宣教能力的差异和教学效果。结果:病例分析题考试成绩显示实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;问卷调查结果显示实验组的健康宣教能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;实验组大多数的护生(>90%)喜欢这种方式上课,认为本教学法有利于提高健康宣教能力和对理论的理解与记忆,有利于良好职业道德的培养。结论:"文化导入式"教学法能提高学生的学习兴趣,有利于理论联系实践,强化知识的应用能力,提高学生对孕产妇的健康宣教能力,肯定了本教学法对学习的促进作用。
Objective: To explore the teaching model along with local culture introduction in obstetric care and its effect on learning outcomes. Methods: The nursing students in Associate Degree Program were recruited and divided into two groups. The experimental group was provided the teaching model along with local culture introduction, while the control group was given the traditional teaching model. Based on the scores of examination and results of Health Education Satisfaction Survey, the abilities of health education and learning outcomes were compared between these two groups. Results: The examination scores in the section of case analysis among the experimental group were significantly high than those in the control group. The survey showed that the abilities of health education in the experimental group were better. Most of nursing students in the experimental group (more than 90%) liked the teaching model and thought it Was helpful for improving their abilities of health education, and enhancing their understanding theories and the cultivation of good professional ethics. Conclusion: The teaching model along with local culture intro- duction could attract interest, contribute theory-practice integration, focus on knowledge application and students' ability of health education, thereby to reflect its effect in teaching.
