摘要
目的:加强住院患者的管理,降低住院患者跌倒的发生率。方法:于2008年1月建立并实施预防跌倒管理模式,包括制度的完善、护士的培训、高危跌倒患者的筛查及健康教育。结果:住院患者跌倒发生率明显降低(P<0.05),护理人员预防住院患者跌倒的意识增强。结论:跌倒管理模式的实施能有效降低住院患者跌倒的发生率。
Objective： The study aimed to enhance the management of the inpatients, so as to reduce the incidence of their accidental tumbling. Methods： A management model of prevention for inpatients＇ tumbling was established and implemented in January 2008, which included perfecting the institution, training for nurses, revaluating the high-risk factor screening and health education for tumbling patients. Results： The incidence of inpatients＇ tumbling was significantly reduced （P〈0.05） and the nurses＇ awareness of the prevention for inpatients＇ tumbling was improved after implementation of the management model. Conclusion： The implementation of the management model of prevention for inpatients＇ tumbling could effectively reduce the incidence of inpafients＇ tumbling.
