摘要
介绍基于GIS的暴雨灾害损失评估业务系统，该系统利用GIS软件ARC／INFO的空间数据管理、运算等功能使分布式暴雨积水模型的建立成为可能。系统经上海市1997年7月10～11日暴雨的实际验证，评估结果与实况相吻合，实现了暴雨后能够快速、客观、直观地提供上海菜区淹水分布与叶菜损失等灾情信息。
In this paper,a GIS--based operation system for evaluation of vegetable disaster loss caused by excessive rain is introduced. Using spatial data management and operation functions in GIS software ARC/INFO,the distributed excessive rain--caused inundation models are established and the evaluation results coincide with the actual disaster loss of vegetables on July 10, 1997. So this system can present the information on the distribution of inundated areas and the loss of vegetables in vegetable belt in Shanghai,directly,fleetly and objectively.
