摘要
目的:通过97例高血镉的观察,探素重金属镉对女性雌激素的影响。方法:97例经检查确诊为高血镉患者,检测其血镉及性激素,将其结果与血铅、镉正常的107人的雌激素对比,进行统计学分析。结果:97例高血镉患者,年龄(36.04±3.2);血镉(Cd≥5μg/L),E2为(0.448±0.3760);正常组,年龄(36.6±3.6)为;E2为(0.701±0.542)。P<0.05。两者比较E2有显著差异(P<0.05),年龄P>0.05,无差异,且血镉越高,影响程度越大。结论:重金属镉对女性雌激素有影响。
Objective：Through the observation of 97 cases of high blood cadmium disease,explored the Cadmium effects of estrogen on women.Methods：Detected these 97 cases with blood cadmium and sex hormones,who had been diagnosed with high blood cadmium,Comepared the result with there 107 cases who had nomal blood lead and cadmium.And do the statistical analysis.Results：97 cases of patients with high blood cadmium,age（36.04±3.2）;blood cadmium（Cd≥5μg/L）,E2（0.448±0.3760）.The normal,age（36.6±3.6）;E2（0.701±0.542）.P〈0.05.Compared the two,there was a significant difference in E2（P〈0.05）,age（P〉0.05） there was no difference,and the higher the blood cadmium,the worse the influence would be.Conclusions：Cadmium had an influence on women estrogen.
