摘要
目的:研究番石榴各部位(幼果、时、嫩芽)水提取物对糖尿病小鼠的生长情况及空腹血糖的影响。方法:通过给小鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(200mg/kg)建立糖尿病模型,随机分组后,分别给予各提取物,观察各组小鼠饮食量、体重和空腹血糖的变化情况。结果:番石榴幼果和番石榴叶水提取物可降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),而与格列苯脲组对比无显著性差异;番石榴嫩芽组小鼠给药4天后开始有动物死亡,7天后全部死亡。结论:番石榴幼果和番石榴叶提取物有显著降糖作用,而番石榴嫩芽无降糖作用,且对实验动物有较大的毒副作用。
Objective:To study the efficiency of various parts of guave(young fruit,leaves,sprout)water extract which impact to the growth and fasting blood glucose changes of diabetic mice.Methods:the mice were given intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (200mg/kg) to establish of diabetes,then grouped randomly,and given the extract to observed food intake,body weight and fasting blood glucose changes.Results:The young fruit of guava and guava leaves water extract can reduce blood glucose in diabetic mice,there have significantly different(P〈0.01) compared with model group,but there have no significant difference to the Glibenclamide group;for sprout group,after administration of 4d,there have animals died,all died in 7 days.Conclusions:The young fruit guave and guava leaf extract have a significant bypoglycemic effectiveness,while the gruava sprout has no hypoglycemic effectiveness,and shows a greater side effects in experimental animals in the meantime.
