摘要
本文分析了黑龙江省大豆灰斑病菌１０个生理小种的５种同工酶图谱。结果表明，不同小种同工酶酶谱间存在明显的差异，具表型异质性。将同工酶谱进行编码分析，表明在５种同工酶酶谱中４、５、８号生理小种各具有独特的谱带编码，可将其作为该小种的特征谱带，其中４号小种表现尤为特别，说明其具有独特的遗传背景，建议建立大豆灰斑病菌生理小种同工酶酶谱标准码，为大豆灰斑病菌生理小种的鉴定工作提供一辅助性手段。
Five isozyme band of Cercospora sojina Hara was analyzed. The results indicated that there was significant difference among the isozyme bands of Cercospora sojina Hara. Bands of ten races were coded. the results showed that races 4,5,8 had special code. On the basis of such experiment standard isozyme code might be set, it could be used as a supplementary method to analyze the races of Cercospora sojina Hara.
