摘要
主要研究了引气剂对不同集灰比保温砂浆性能的影响。试验结果表明,玻化微珠保温砂浆的密度、导热系数、力学强度、干燥收缩率均随着集灰比的升高而下降;相同水灰比的情况下,引气剂的掺入可增加砂浆的稠度,降低砂浆的密度和导热系数,大幅减小砂浆的干燥收缩,但同时也会造成硬化后砂浆力学强度下降;与单纯依靠提高集灰比改善砂浆热工性能的工艺相比,适量掺加引气剂可以在较低集灰比的情况下达到所需的热工性能,而且砂浆的粘结强度更大,干燥收缩率更小。
This paper mainly investigates the effect of air entraining agent (AE) on the properties of expanded and vitrified beads (EVB) thermal insulation mortars with different mass ratio of aggregale to cement (A/C). The experimental results show that the bulk density, thermal conductivity, mechanical properties, drying shrinkage ratio of thermal insulation mortar decrease with the increase of A/C ratio: it can be found that,with constant water/cement-ratio, the higher consistency, lower bulk density, declined thermal conductivity and reduced drying shrinkage ratio of mortar could be achieved when AE is added in mortars. However, the mechanical strength of the mortar will be reduced after hardening. Compared with the process of improving the thermal properties by increasing the dosage of EVB, the required thermal properties can be achieved by introducing proper 'amount of AE at lower mA/mC, and the adhesive strength is higher and drying the shrinkage ratio is lower.
