摘要
将硫酸盐+碱性矿粉复合激发剂掺入高掺量的粉煤灰-水泥体系中激发粉煤灰的早期活性,通过力学性能测试和微观分析,探讨了激发剂在体系中对粉煤灰活性的激发机理,并将其应用于配制高掺量粉煤灰混凝土。结果表明,复合激发剂有效地促进了粉煤灰的早期水化进程,显著提高了浆体的早期强度。
The compound activator of sulfate+alkali fines is admixed into high-volume fly ash and cement system to excite the early activation of fly ash,and the excitation mechanism of activator to the activation in the system is discussed by mechanical performances test and microcosmic analysis,then it is also applied in preparing concrete wit high volume fly-ash. The results show that the compound activator can promote the early hydration process of fly ash effectively,and the early strength of the slurry is improved obviously.
