摘要
文章对机车车轴裂纹产生的机理进行了阐述,提出在机车检修过程中,可以通过改进结构、进行表面强化、选择合理的配合过盈量等方式提高车轴的疲劳强度和防止裂纹的出现,确保机车运行安全。
This paper expounds on the mechanism of locomotive axle cracks, bring forward ways to improve the fatigue strength of axle by - improving the structure, strengthening surface and choosing reasonable amount of interference fit in the locomotive overhaul process,and prevent the emergence of crack and ensure safe operation of the locomotive.
