摘要
目的:研究益胰降糖合剂治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效及其作用机理。方法:将80例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者按照分层随机的方法,以1∶1的比例分别进入西药(二甲双胍)组、治疗(益胰降糖合剂)组。疗程均为1个月,观察临床疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、餐后2h血糖(P2hPG)、糖基化血红蛋白(HbAIc)、血脂、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)的变化。结果:治疗组有效率92.5%,明显优于西药组,有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且无不良反应。结论:益胰降糖合剂治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,且能明显改善患者的胰岛素抵抗。
Objective： To explore clinical efficacy and the mechanism of Yiyi Jiangtang Mixture for type Ⅱ diabetic patients with insulin- resistance. Methods：According to whether there is a complication, eighty patients were stratified and randomized to take Mefformin （40 cases ） , or Yiyi Jiangtang Mixture （40 cases） respectively for 1 month. Clinical efficacy and therapeutic indices of each medication were observed before and after treatment, including FPG, fasting insulin （FIN）, postprandial plasma glucose （2h, P2hPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAIc） , TC, TG, insulin sensitivity index （ISI）, insulin resistance （IR）. Results：The trial demonstrated Yiyi Jiangtang Mixture had a significantly higher effective rate of 92.5% than that of Metformin, and few noticeable adverse effects. Conclusion：Yiyi Jiangtang Mixture had significant therapeutic effectiveness for type Ⅱ diabetes and insulin resistance.
