从定量传感器的工作原理出发,详细分析了QCS控制系统在实际运行中出现定量漂移的各种原因,总结出QCS控制系统在日常巡检维护中需要注意的事项,可对其他厂商的QCS系统定量漂移和故障处理提供参考。
Various reasons of basis weight drift in actual operation were analyzed in detail from the working principle of basis weight sensor, Items keeping attention to in the daily inspection and maintenance of the QCS control system were summarized. Basis weight drift and trouble handling for references of the other manufacturers in the QCS system can be offered.
