摘要
在中小学教育信息化和农村中小学现代远程教育工程实施过程中,影响工程项目顺利开展的一个重要因素之一就是资源。在资源拥有后,能够呈显教学水平与效果的还应该是资源在教育中的有效应用。就此,文章从"用"与效果的关系、"用"与有效应用的关系、"用"与用坏的关系、"用"还不如不用、以及重拥有、轻应用等5个方面进行了论述。
During the process of implementation of information technology in primary and secondary schools, one of the influential factors for its implementation is how to effectively use educational information resources. However, possession of the resources doesn't mean the effective use of them. Thus, this paper discussed the following problems, such as relationship between "application" and effectiveness, focusing on possession but ignoring application, and etc.
